Organised by FreeformUrbanscapes is the city’s first and only all-day creative arts festival that brings together communities and participants from the fields of music, arts, fashion, visual design and much more. The festival started small in 2002 at the now-defunct Grappa Soho in Bukit Bintang, before moving its grounds to KL Sentral (2004), Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (2008, 2009 and 2010) and Padang Astaka (2011 and 2012).

Urbanscapes 2012 will be their biggest one yet. For the first time ever,Urbanscapes will fall on two dates over the course of a weekend on 24-25 November 2012. And also for the first time, Urbanscapes will host regional and international artistes, one of them being Icelandic band, Sigur Rós. Yes, they’re mighty chuffed that they managed to get them. But guess what? There’s more where that came from and you’re certainly can check the right website, HERE! to get all the latest updates.
